dewabit contains 6 standard folders for items, which can be reached via the left navigation bar.
As the name suggests, the default folder “Active” contains the currently active items on ebay.
In this folder you can choose between two different folder options. On the one hand you can display the shop categories (if you own an ebay shop), on the other hand you can also create your own folders.
You can do this by right-clicking on the “Active” folder.
If you select an active folder, the active items are displayed in the table on the right.
The default folder “Scheduled” contains the currently scheduled items on ebay. Scheduled means that the listings have already been uploaded and have a start time in the future.
The default folder “Sold” contains your sold items. Sold means that at least one unit of your item has been sold and the inventory is 0. This applies to items that have not been listed with the Good-Til-Cancelled option.
The default “Unsold” folder contains your unsold items. Unsold means that the listing was closed even though the inventory was greater than 0.
The default drafts folder contains your drafts. The drafts are saved locally and are not on ebay.
As with the “Active” folder, you can also create your own folders in the drafts.
The default folder “Master draft” contains your master drafts and is a subfolder of the drafts folder. All items in the folder are displayed as templates when you click the plus button in the main window. You can then select an item to be loaded into the “Create item” window.
The default “Queue” folder contains your finished quotes waiting to be uploaded to ebay. These may be new items or revisions of items.
Revisions are marked with a pen, new items are marked with a price tag.
You have the option of uploading items at different times. This is useful for auctions, for example, so that bidders still have time to buy your other offers. Select your desired time interval by selecting the dropdown box at the top.
You can upload all items from the queue at once by clicking the “Upload All” button. If you only want to upload selected items, select the desired items and then click on “Upload selected only”. If the items have been uploaded, you can remove the finished items by clicking on “Remove finished”.
You can create your own subfolders in the standard “Active” and “Drafts” folders.
You can choose between two different folder options in the “Active” folder. On the one hand you can display the shop categories (if you own an ebay shop), on the other hand you can also create your own folders.
You can do this by right-clicking on the “Active” folder.
In the “Drafts” folder you can create your own folders in the same way.
You can then drag and drop the items into your folders. You can also change the order of the folders using drag and drop.
Items from the Sold
and Unsold
folder will be managed by dewabit for 6 months after they have ended. In dewabit the items are colored to signal that they will be removed soon.
If you want to keep the items, you would have to save them as drafts.
